A valid email address and phone number are required to complete your booking. FlyToAsia is not responsible for delays or inconveniences caused by incorrect contact information.
Passenger names must match valid government-issued photo IDs (passport for international travel; domestic ID for domestic flights).
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents—including passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and onward tickets or proof of travel—are valid and current for all destinations. FlyToAsia is not liable for issues arising from inadequate documentation.
2. Fare Holds & Ticket Issuance
FlyToAsia offers a free 24‑hour fare hold for flights departing at least 72 hours from the time of reservation. Reservations flying sooner follow airline fare hold policies. Held reservations are automatically canceled after 24 hours if unpaid.
E‑tickets will be issued within 24 hours of confirmation.
Any meal or seat preferences will be forwarded to the airline but cannot be guaranteed; seat assignments are made based on availability.
3. Changes & Name Corrections
Review all flight itineraries at booking to ensure dates, times, and airports (including transfers or layovers) are correct. If you suspect an error, contact support before rebooking.
Changes made within 24 hours of booking are free of charge. After 24 hours, penalties and fare differences may apply.
4. Special Passenger Categories
Unaccompanied minors, travelers with medical conditions, or expectant mothers (24 weeks or more) require medical clearance or additional documentation and must call our support team prior to booking.
5. Taxes, Fees & Service Charges
Your total cost may include separate charges, such as “airfare balance,” “service fee,” or similar. These will all appear on your booking summary and credit card statement.
Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Departure Preparation
Always reconfirm flights with the airline 24–48 hours before departure, as schedules may change.
Once you purchase through FlyToAsia, you agree to abide by the airline's “Contract of Carriage.” Always check the airline’s policies for boarding and baggage.
Aim to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours early for domestic flights and 3 hours for international ones, but confirm with your airline or local airport.
FlyToAsia is not liable for delays, cancellations, overbooking, lost or damaged luggage, or other issues caused by acts of God, political unrest, airline bankruptcies, or other external factors. Service fees remain non‑refundable.
7. Credit Card Disputes & Chargebacks
FlyToAsia is not liable for booking failures due to credit card or billing verification issues.
If you’re considering disputing a charge, contact FlyToAsia within 5 days of purchase. If you fail to notify us within this period, you waive the right to dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks on valid transactions may incur a $50 penalty in addition to reimbursing the chargeback amount.
FlyToAsia holds the same authority as the airline to recover disputed funds via your bank, legal channels, or collection agencies.
In cases of fraudulent chargebacks, you may be held responsible for legal costs, and any judgment may be enforced, including wage garnishment.
8. Disclaimer & Third-Party Suppliers
FlyToAsia and its affiliates aim for accuracy but are not responsible for errors, omissions, or links to external sites. Use of our platform is at your own risk.
Travel packages and services may be operated by third-party providers (airlines, hotels, ground transfers). These remain independent; FlyToAsia does not control their facilities or operations.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in Walnut Creek, CA.
10. Behavior & Conduct
FlyToAsia reserves the right to terminate your booking if your behavior jeopardizes safety or disturbs other travelers. We may ask you to leave your accommodations or arrangements immediately, and no refund will be issued.
