• Travel Prep

  • Reconfirm flights 24–48 hours before departure.
  • Arrive at airport: 2 hrs domestic / 3 hrs international.
  • FlyToAsia is not liable for airline cancellations, delays, or baggage issues.

• Disputes

  • Contact us within 5 days if there’s a billing issue before filing a chargeback.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in penalties and collection action.

• Legal

  • Governed by California law.
  • We may refuse service or cancel bookings for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

• Q: Can I hold a fare before paying?

  Yes, FlyToAsia allows a free 24-hour hold if your flight departs at least 72 hours later.

• Q: What if I need to change my ticket?

  Changes within 24 hours are free. After that, airline rules apply, and penalties or fare differences may be charged.

• Q: How long do refunds take?

  • Credit card: 6–8 weeks back to your original card.
  • Cash/Bank: 30 business days to your account. (Service fees are non-refundable.)

• Q: What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

  Airlines control flight schedules. Please reconfirm flights 24–48 hours before departure. FlyToAsia cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or lost luggage.

• Q: What if I have a billing dispute?

  Please contact us within 5 days so we can help. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in penalties.
