FlyToAsia Refund Policy

At FlyToAsia, we know that travel plans sometimes change due to unexpected events such as delays, work conflicts, medical issues, or other personal reasons. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and aligned with airline and supplier rules so you understand exactly what to expect when seeking a refund for a flight or travel service booked through our platform.

General Refund Terms

All refunds are subject to the fare rules and conditions of the airline or travel providerattached to your ticket. Some fares — especially ultra-low cost or promotional tickets — are non-refundableunder airline policies, meaning only applicable government taxes or airline-approved fees may be returned to you. Refund eligibility is not determined solely by FlyToAsia; final approval rests with the airline or supplier’s contract of carriage.

How Refunds Are Processed
  • Credit Card Payments: When a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment card. Typical processing time is 6–8 weeks from the date the refund request is received.
  • Cash or Bank Payments: For refunds to bank accounts or other non-card payment methods, processing may take up to 30 business days after approval. A valid bank account is required for disbursement.

Please note that FlyToAsia service fees are non-refundable, even when the airline permits a refund.

When Refunds May Be Available

You may be eligible for a refund in the following common situations:

  • The airline cancels your flight or significantly changes your flight schedule.
  • Your ticket was refundable per the airline’s fare rules.
  • You purchased a flexible fare or travel protection that includes refund benefits.
  • Government regulations or passenger rights laws require a refund (for example, airlines must provide refunds for involuntary cancellations under U.S. and international rules).

Because most airline tickets are non-refundable if you simply change your mind, we recommend reviewing the fare rules before purchase and considering refundable fare options if flexibility is important.

Important Notes
  • Once a refund has been processed, the corresponding booking and itinerary will be automatically cancelled.
  • Some promotional or deeply discounted fares may be non-refundable. In these cases, only applicable government taxes or airline-imposed fees (if allowed by the airline) may be refunded.
  • Service fees charged by FlyToAsia are non-refundable.
