FlyToAsia Refund Policy

At FlyToAsia, we understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to make the refund process as clear and hassle-free as possible. Please review the policy below before requesting a refund.

General Conditions
  • All tickets and travel services purchased through FlyToAsia are subject to refund approval by both FlyToAsia and the airline or travel provider.
  • Refunds are governed by the fare rules, conditions of carriage, and supplier policies attached to the purchased ticket or service.
  • Fees, penalties, or non-refundable amounts may apply depending on the ticket type or service purchased.
Processing Timeframes
  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original card used for the transaction. Processing typically takes 6–8 weeks from the date we receive the refund request.
  • Cash or Bank Payments: Refunds are processed within 30 business days of receiving the refund request. A valid bank account may be required for disbursement.
Important Notes
  • Once a refund has been processed, the corresponding booking and itinerary will be automatically cancelled.
  • Some promotional or deeply discounted fares may be non-refundable. In these cases, only applicable government taxes or airline-imposed fees (if allowed by the airline) may be refunded.
  • Service fees charged by FlyToAsia are non-refundable.
